Athletic Training Services
Providing point of care injury evaluation and treatment. GPSM provides athletic trainers for athletic programs in geographical areas traditionally under-served with regard to medical care. In many cases, the AT will be the only medical provider that will have an opportunity to evaluate and treat these athletes. In the absence of an AT, it has been our experience that, due to cost or lack of opportunity, that many of these injured athletes will play through injury or quit the team without ever seeking proper medical treatment
Concussion Management / Impact Baseline Testing
Provided at no cost. Comprehensive concussion management post-injury. POC provider education in concussion recognition, eval and treatment to RTP.
Pre-participation Physicals
Comprehensive medical screening designed to detect life-threatening medical conditions, Coalition of multi-specialty providers evaluating medical history, family history and performing a medical physical examination.
On-site, Cardiac Echo for athletes deemed “at-risk” on basis of medical history and physical assessment. This is first of its kind, one of the truly unique features of GPSM. State of the art assessment for the prtoection of our athletes.

CEU events provided to enhance skills, educate, and improve communication of local sports medical providers.
