About

Who we are

The Guardian Program for Sports Medicine is a group of health care professionals, community leaders, and business people who are also parents, spectators, and fans. We see the catastrophic effects of injury and concussion and strive to mitigate that risk for our athletes.

Who we serve

Athletes. And through the services we fund, we hope to support and influence their parents, teams, coaches, schools, and communities in the Triangle.
